TIMBANGAN BERAT
  • 600 gm = 1 kati
  • 300 gm = 8 tahil
  • 150 gm = 4 tahil
  • 450 gm = 1 paun
  • 25 gm = 1 auns
UKURAN PANJANG
  • 2.5 cm = 1 inci
  • 5.0 cm = 2 inci
  • 25.0 = 10 inci
ISIPADU
  • 1 sudu besar tepung = 30 gm = 1 auns
  • 1 sudu besar gula = 30 gm = 1 auns
  • 1 sudu besar mentega = 30 gm = 1 auns
  • 1 sudu besar = 15 ml
  • 1 sudu teh = 5 ml
  • 1 liter = 4 1/2 cawan
  • 250 ml = 1/2 pain

SUHU KETUHAR
  • Amat panas = 230 - 240 darjah C
  • Panas = 200 - 220 darjah C = 400 - 425 darjah F
  • Sederhana = 180 - 190 darjah C = 350 - 375 darjah F
  • Perlahan = 150 - 170 darjah C = 300 - 325 darjah F
  • C = celcius
  • F = Fahrenheit

SUKATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN CAWAN
